Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or business development or integrated sales
Proven track record of leading and closing six- and seven-figure brand deals
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Creative thinker with a deep understanding of how to build culturally relevant and impactful campaigns
Strong creative instincts with the ability to craft compelling partnership stories and proposals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines at once
Existing relationships with top brands, agencies, and decision-makers in relevant industries
