About the Role

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or business development or integrated sales

  • Proven track record of leading and closing six- and seven-figure brand deals

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of how to build culturally relevant and impactful campaigns

  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to craft compelling partnership stories and proposals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines at once

  • Existing relationships with top brands, agencies, and decision-makers in relevant industries
